Aarons Mexican Kitchen | Our Story

A Family Legacy in Every Meal

Aarons Mexican Kitchen was built to continue a family tradition. Aaron learned to cook from his father, who owned and operated a restaurant for three decades. After his father's passing, Aaron chose to carry on those recipes and keep the family legacy alive. Every dish reflects the flavors, methods, and values that were handed down through the years, creating a connection between past and present with every order.
Rooted Right Here in Alamogordo

Rooted Right Here in Alamogordo

Aarons Mexican Kitchen started with a simple goal: keep a family tradition alive. Before opening our restaurant at 700 E 1st St Suite 750, Alamogordo, NM 88310, Aaron's father owned and operated a restaurant for 30 years. He shared his recipes, cooking methods, and love for Mexican food with the next generation. After his passing, we chose to continue that legacy and serve the same recipes that meant so much to our family.

Our Mexican food is rooted in the recipes passed down from Aaron's father. We continue to prepare food the way he taught us, focusing on the flavors and traditions that guests have enjoyed for years. Every meal reflects our commitment to preserving those family recipes while sharing authentic Mexican food with the Alamogordo community. This connection to our heritage is at the heart of everything we do.
